Handle Escalations, Severity incidents, Critical Projects
Responsible for guiding L2, L3 resources technically

Troubleshooting and issue follow-up : Lead and take part in the troubleshooting with other teams, from software to hosting to address the issue and root cause,
workaround and permanent solutions,
lead the team to do code debug to isolate the application bug, follow up all the issues addressed during the support activities till solved,
do proactive and efficient communication with the requests stakeholders
Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and if not take appropriate action.
Validate POA, RCA, SOP’s Documentations, Shift Reports
Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and quality client presentations
Continuous improvement: Analyze the supported items on a regular basis, keep improving the support process/efficiency,
provide proactive product improvements recommendation to the product team to help to improve the product operation efficiency, user experience, to avoid user mistakes, etc
Responsible for the uptime of the various client & internal projects/infra being managed / monitored.
Review technology designs with technology architects and engineers, taking local and regional regulatory requirements into account Professional skills
Resolve internal conflicts
Attend scrum calls, review meetings, team meeting, vendor/partner meetings
Lead Technical Assessments &
roadmap planning sessions to architect optimal solutions for the Client's Azure projects.
Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and
establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes
Work closely with OEMs and partners to support the development of winning solutions at optimum cost.
Primary Skills (Must have):
In depth working knowledge on Microsoft Technologies (OS, Clustering, NLB, HyperV)
Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical skills, including analysis of logs, events,
Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization,
Documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes for Cloud native apps, data protection, cryptography,
key management, identity and access management (IAM), API security, Key management) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
In depth working knowledge on Messaging Platform (Exchange, Gsuite, O365, skype for Business, Teams)
Good exposure to scripting knowledge (PowerShell, python)
Sound knowledge on SAN/NAS (FC/ISCSI)
Experience on multiple h/w (Cisco UCS/Dell/HPE/Chassis/FI/MXL)
Working experience in DataCenter environment
Well versed with ITIL processes
Experience in managing Azure Platform
Experience/ Conceptual knowledge on Azure technologies and tools: Azure AD, Azure Storage Accounts,
Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Recovery Service Vault, Azure Load balancer,
Azure Monitor, Azure Public\Private DNS, vNet (Peering) and Azure VPN, WebApps, ARM, CLI.
Secondary Skills (Good to have):
Experience with Containerization (AKS) and Container orchestration platforms (Preferably Kubernetes), Kubernetes clusters, Pods, Containers
Preferable knowledge on HyperV
Preferable knowledge on ADFS & IIS
Knowledge on various tools: migrations (Cloud Endure/ Velostrata/ platespin/ zerto), APM (AppD/ New relic /Dynatrace)
Preferable knowledge on ELK stack
