Roles and Responsibilities

1. Maintain Up-To-Date Billing System and Generate and Send Out Invoices.

2. Carry Out Billing, Collection and Reporting Activities According to Specific Deadlines.

3. Ensure Revenue Assurance and report monthly dashboard for revenue for all Business units.

4. Perform Account Reconciliations Monitor Customer Account Details for Non-Payments,
Delayed Payments and Other Irregularities.

5. Research and Resolve Payment Discrepancies Follow Established Procedures for Processing
receipts, Cash etc.

6. Prepare Bank Deposits Process Adjustments Assist with Month-End Closing and Ensure TDS
as per 26AS is accounted and TDS certificates are collected from customers.

7. Assist in statutory and internal audits and prepare audit Schedules Prepare analytical and ratio
analysis in relation to A/R and stock statements for bank reporting.

8. Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections
are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for and miscellaneous differences are
cleared.

Education, Experience & Skills:

1. Bcom/Mcom/Dilploma in finance/CA inter and not pursuing further CA course/ICWA inter and not pursuing further ICWA course now.

2. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable

3. Knowledge of General Accounting.

4. Proficient in ERP like Oracle/Tally/SAP (any) and MS Excel

5. Knowledge of Regulatory Standards and Compliance Requirements.

6. 3-4 Years Accounts Receivable and General Accounting Experience

7. Good verbal and written communication skills

8. Team player and support other team members

9. Willing to take up new projects /assignments 10 Willing for extended work hours for meeting reporting timelines.
