Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling Incident / service request tickets related to mailbox service changes, email restoration, Email client issues of outlook express/ Microsoft Outlook/ Windows Live mail/ Skype client and providing time bound resolution to Email users over email / Phone call.
  • Perform service requests including mailbox modification/addition/deletion, database restoration, mailbox restoration, mail tracking logs and email id password reset.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly server health checks and performance monitoring for Microsoft O365 / Exchange 2016 mailbox servers, front End CAS servers, Skype for business, Email Gateway servers / Microsoft Edge 2013 / 2016.
  • Monitoring Anti-Virus & Anti-Spam Email Gateway server queues and Quarantine Database and releasing the genuine emails for the End users.
  • Provide support for Windows Active Directory, Microsoft collaboration products, including Exchange, Skype for business.
  • Managing multiple priorities, service requests / issues and requiring minimal supervision.
  • Experience in medium to large infrastructures supporting Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016 / O365 and Microsoft Active Directory in Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 environments
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding and support experience of SMTP and POP3.
  • Knowledge with DNS, Reverse DNS.
  • Knowledge in Active Directory , Microsoft Windows server 2012 / Windows 2016

  • Knowledge with DNS, Reverse DNS.
  • Knowledge in Active Directory , Microsoft Windows server 2012 / Windows 2016.
  • Must have experience working with Microsoft technical support teams
